For the past 3 years I have had the pleasure and honor of serving you on the Fort Lauderdale City Commission. This has been a tremendous opportunity for me to provide leadership and experience during these trying economic times. Thank you!
I am pleased to say, that while so many other cities have raised taxes; and, or, fees, because of revenue shortages, we have been able to live within our means. We have not raised taxes or FIRE fees, yet maintained adequate reserves for emergencies, and continued to provide exceptional public health and safety at acceptable costs; so, that we can continue to comfortably enjoy our beautiful city, Fort Lauderdale.
I always welcome your input- never hesitate to let me know how I can better serve the people of Fort Lauderdale. Hopefully I have earned your vote for re-election, and I want to take this opportunity to remind you that Election Day is Tuesday, March 13th, 2012.
With your vote, I will remain hard at work for you. It is essential that we have a representative who will continue to MAINTAIN THE CHARACTER OF OUR NEIGHBORHOODS BY fighting over-development, and guard your every tax dollar.
